Pros

Most people join Alix and stay for a very long term. This is because the place offers a good balance between WLB and compensation. More family-oriented than other consulting firms.

Cons

Long hours and frequent travel. They recently stopped sponsoring visas, making it a less attractive place for MBA recruiting

Pros

More family oriented consulting Good company that treats employees well Good pay and career progression Solid Tier2 consulting firm

Cons

Some layoffs in last year have lowered morale (and Glassdoor ratings) Alix has always been a place with great job security and this change in trend has hurt the perception of the firm
