High impact work with senior clients

Cons

Poor leadership, dont live up to core values, very inconsistent experience depending on the team you work with. Pay is not competitive once you've been in the company for a few years. Nearly impossible to get promoted to Managing Director.

Very smart hard working colleagues. Good cash compensation. Very generous healthcare benefits package and expenses policy. Very hard charging culture

Cons

Grinding culture and not enough leverage for senior vice presidents and directors. Not diverse at all. Very difficult to make managing director. Lacked long term incentives payments.
