      Working with some of the smartest and most experienced people in the industry. Always learning and in a fast paced environment.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be a little tough, however this has improved in the past couple of years. Salary and benefits seem to be inconsistent from employee to employee.

      Very well paid, generous time off and bonuses, 401k match (used to be a definied contribution plan), amazing culture. During pandemic this firm really stepped up to the plate and helped out employees
