Pros

Hard working people, a lot to learn!

Cons

No consideration for people. It is expected to travel 100% of time. Lack of transparency from management, very obscure compensation process, mix of incredibly good managers and very poor MDs. AP lost its soul when they moved away from restructuring. It is now an average consulting firm.

Pros

Benefits are good, leadership is good, and many great people to work with. I've enjoyed my time with AlixPartners.

Cons

I found the retirement plan to be a bit lacking; there's a long waiting period before the firm contributes.
