Excellent benefit package, full health benefits, career opportunities and extremely people-centric. This firm genuinely cares for their employees and I get reminded every day how lucky I am to be a part of this amazing company. During the first weeks of the pandemic, employees received additional benefits that include 80 additional hours of paid time to manage WLB brought forth by COVID. We also received allowances for office supplies/home office set up and utilities to further support our remote work conditions. I can't help but think of others who lose their livelihood and here I am getting more benefits.
