Pros

Competitive pay, non-salary benefits are also good.

Cons

Experiences vary highly by teams and there is no consistent leadership across the London office. Work culture is not good (all about the individual) and staff turnover is high compared to industry ave.

Pros

Nice office location, good year end bonus.

Cons

No clear leadership, lack of diversity. Back office staff is not recognised enough. Very hard to advance professionally, especially if you're a women.
