      Interesting challenging work; Good compensation; Very smart colleagues

      Cons

      Limited feedback on performance during the year; Most important is year-end feedback based on MDs internal discussions and the assessment may be inconsistent with the feedback end of engagement and may come as a surprise to you.

      High-impact projects, great opportunities to grow and to make a difference, respectful teamwork, very close cooperation with industries' key deciders, very attractive compensation.

      Cons

      No downside since working 5 days per week at the clients is not mandatory anymore.
