      This is the first company I have worked for that the Culture runs deep throughout the firm. Everyone is here to execute and achieve goals. Senior leadership establishes challenging and clear objectives, while supporting and encouraging their employees to realize success. You are welcomed to the team and your contributions are acknowledged. The Finance and Accounting leadership is second to none and truly embrace their employees.

      Pros

      AlixPartners has been working on many great initiatives to cement itself as a "Top place to work." It's been inspiring to see many of these initiatives come to life, with more support for employee resource groups and thoughtful consideration for improving benefits, such as the new parental leave policy.

      Cons

      The firm is continuing to work on developing its organizational support for employees who are not consultants and work in Corporate Services. In the past, there hasn't been as much consideration for these employees, but career growth and professional development plans that are being evaluated look promising.

      Generous compensation and benefits. Stable and respected company. Many quality people. Comfortable office environment.

      Cons

      Many managers behave unfairly and in a manner inconsistent with company directives. Significant growing pains due to aggressive corporate goals and delayed improvement of systems.
