A lot of changes happening at a global level to drive next phase of growth - lots of opportunities at all levels. Big focus on Diversity - is improving but still has some way to go
Cons
Given the nature of the projects (C-suite) expect some challenges, including hours worked. Directly level needs improvement in terms of management - sometimes there is a Just Do It mentality
