Pros

Good package deal with salary and perks. Company trips are amazing

Cons

Poor training. You either can do it or left to work out how. In some cases it is great to be trusted but in others it shows a harsh environment not for everyone

Pros

Flexible Hands-on, business execution focused, less paper and presentation Create your own business mindset

Cons

Opposite of Pros: You will not like if you are not Flexible. If you like more theory and scholarly or strategic projects. Operational (if you don't like) If you don't have the mind to be entrepreneurial, get your own clients, like that kind of sales experience, it will be cold and dark.
