      The environment was consistently stressful, largely due to a lack of support from both management and HR.

      Cons

      Limited or no support from direct managers, which made it difficult to grow or succeed in the role. The HR team did not handle concerns in a professional or helpful manner. Feedback is often ignored, and accountability is lacking at the leadership level.

      Miserable and passive aggressive work environment, absolutely no work life balance for some staff depending on practice group, rude and abusive treatment from MD/Consultants/Higher position that management refused to address/provide guidance on, no career advice or development
