      - Generally surrounded by like-minded, smart, driven colleagues - Real focus on personal development and growth - Caliber of clients - Salary is competitive

      - Work/life balance is not always respected (although vacation time is) - We need to work on getting blue chip clients, but we are making progress

      Pros

      AlixPartners invests greatly in people, even before they join the firm. The result is an incredibly engaged workforce that is humble and interpersonally enjoyable to work with. People at AlixPartners are generally capable, respectful, smart, and intrinsically motivated to make things better. There are plenty of talented professionals outside of the firm, but it seems there are disproportionately more here than other places I've worked. The people make the place!

      Cons

      If you don't like to work hard and solve complex problems under pressure, AlixPartners may not be right for you.
