      Great place to work for the right personality

      Pros

      Great pay, interesting and varied work, excellent access to senior leaders / mentors, good amount of time off (PTO + holidays + sick leave + sabbatical program), decent level of respect for family commitments, somewhat better job security than other firms.

      Cons

      Hours can be very long, travel can be intense, WLB can be rough on certain teams/projects. With fewer levels, promotions can be slower than other firms.

      Strong experience and knowledge, lacking in compensation

      Pros

      Incredible learning opportunity and experience gained, interesting clients and projects

      Cons

      Hours can be brutal and do not line up with compensation (other roles at similar companies pay equal, if not more, at the same time with 25%-50% less hours and 50% less demanding hours)

      Pros

      They pay well and have good benefits and little things, like free snacks at the office. The people are generally kind. Good bonuses

      Cons

      There is a lot of work, and it is all treated with very high priority and urgency. People, will nice, can be pushy and very focused on their work.
