      Pros

      Great company that really cares about its employees and sets them up for success. Truly dedicated to providing its clients with quality services.

      Cons

      Can be very demanding and requires employees to be ready to go at any time. Management structure can be confusing for new employees.

      Pros

      The firm takes care of its employees. The healthcare benefits were fantastic and salaries were competitive - and the firm-wide anniversary celebrations are great. The people are very driven and are very smart.

      Cons

      There is limited upward mobility, and depending on your job, you may feel less valued than others. The consultants create revenue and truly drive the direction of the firm. The 'back office' or 'admin' roles (HR, Accounting, Audit, Billing) do not, and this can create some tension between the two at times.

      Good tone from the top, the company truly values its people. Very high standards for employment.

      Cons

      Still trying to figure out how to compete with the big boys in consulting.
