Pros

*Was drawn to the role by a noble supervisor of great wisdom and kindness *Found fellowship among a few good souls friendships forged in the fire *Hours were fair, and the coin (salary) was generous *Tasks were not overly burdensome; recognition was given to those who labored with heart and mind

Cons

*A strange spirit of reluctance plagued the halls many didst avoid their duties *Work resembled a merchant’s pitch more than the art of storytelling or brand-building *Time for rest was scarce; benefits were meagre, like crumbs from a noble’s feast *Best suited for one fresh from the schoolhouse, with naught but a sketchbook and dreams

Pros

Fresh thinking, new ideas, can do attitude, support of arts and charities, team environment

Cons

Communication and change management not always excellent. The firm tends to hang on to people that do not pull their weight. This leads to overburdening staff who are left to pick up the slack. Average salaries. Not great opportunity for career progression in business services/consulting.
