      CEO is a narcissistic bully SLT meetings frequently result in good people being humiliated Endless focus on EBITDA, irrespective of markets, people, curcumstance Bizarre accounting practices which result in wading through bridge style variance analysis that adds no benefit to performance

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity to fill gaps due to vacancies. If you’re willing to grow yourself and work very long hours you will definitely learn a lot very quickly. Some of the leaders are good, most of the people are pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Constant turnover, poor leadership, constant hiring freezes and budget cuts despite frivolous corporate spending. Burnout. Mental health is the lowest priority. The leaders that are bad create a very toxic environment.
