Poor infrastructure …sales data is bleak. No NBRx data, no monthly tracker for goal …no National level data. Low Lunch & Learn budget Low samples Must handle menial tasks other company’s handle: ordering business cards (confusing process here), ordering name badges (8 months and still no name badge), communication is via email no one to speak live to, so there’s a lot of back and forth as you only get a work email not a work number. Non transparent: no pipeline data, retroactive lunch and learn budget cuts after half way through the month Cumbersome expense report system…Concur is their program but unlike other company’s Alkermes must have purchased the low end version. A LOT of pseudo training assignments…courses that tie to pharma but are of no use or very little use in the day to day of a sales rep’s job success Male dominated
