      Pros

      Great vacation time, good company culture. The future looks bright for Alkermes. The leadership is pretty good in my department. And to top it off, the food is great. Partial tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      There really aren't many cons. It is a great place to work. The work can be monotonous in my position, but there is always more that can be learned. Just come to work wanting to learn and that will help.

      good pay, growing, appears to have opportunities

      Cons

      original company forced out 90% successful women through harassment and unequal pay. Surprised they got away with it this long.

      Pros

      Good culture, strong growth potential. Aggressive drug development with strong scientific rationale. Good benefits and a compensation. Passion for developing drugs in areas of unmet need.

      Cons

      Limited career growth and mentoring in some of the smaller groups. Promoting from within does not appear to be preferred. Equity options have diminished for all but the senior organization.
