Pros
Compensation is above average and despite being over 300 employees on site still has company outing & Christmas party each year.. The scientists are very talented. Company's aggressive approach has been rewarded with the stock nearly tripling over the last three years. Enocourags personal growth and provides the opportunities readily & frequently.
Cons
Highly political environment. It is critical for your career and possible employment status to align yourself with key managers and personnel. Once out of favor nothing will restore your "good" status. Emotional Intelligence is much more important than technical skill to do well. Company has become very compartmentalized.
