The benefits are incredible. Top of the line physical/mental healthcare, 8 weeks 100% PAID Paternity and 16 weeks Maternity leave, generous PTO including some federal holidays. The work is steady, and you are genuinely making a positive difference in the patients lives who receive the medicine manufactured on-site.

Cons

Communication within departments could be better.

The company was a good environment overall. Managers and Directors on my immediate team had been there for a very long time, so most processes were in place. There wasn’t any huge highlights about my experience there, but because I had a very transparent Director I knew off the bat what to expect so I didn’t feel deceived in the event issues would occur.

Cons

More advancement opportunities, but this had mostly to do with how my immediate team was structured.
