Our culture. We live our purpose and our values. Good benefits, We focus on wellness and provide opportunities to improve our physical, emotional and financial wellbeing. Growing presence of ERG's and a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive work environment. We celebrate our successes and make time for fun. We have opportunities to "give back" by making donations, volunteering and participating in community based events.

Cons

Location is challenging for recruitment for some roles. Silos are still present but work is being done to move from knowledge hording to knowledge sharing. We are in a period of change across the enterprise. Change is not always a con; it brings opportunities too.

OK benefits and PTO. If you are willing to play a nasty game, you'll do great!

Cons

Management, toxic environment, fake people, backstabbers, gossipers, some of my coworkers have some type of mental issue, HR, location, and culture (non-inclusive, all fake)

Exceptional company Culture, Great benefits, Competitive pay, Equity to all levels of employees, and great products.

Cons

The company needs more compounds in development or needs to go buy assets to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
