Alkermes Graduate Rotational Program reviews

We were bound to one room for most of the three days we spent doing our orientation, which i understand is the norm. i am very grateful that supervisors/managers took time out of their days to come meet us. An idea could be to bring the graduates around to some of the different departments and give the presentations there, in the meeting rooms for examples. this gives the graduates an opportunity to meet more people and get a better understanding of the layout before joining the rest of the team.
