Pros
The supervisor initially provided sufficient guidance to the work that I was to perform. He walked me through my first few weeks on the job and answered any questions I may have had.
Cons
After being on the job a month or so I found out that there was a very high turnover in workers. This made it a little hard to get to know the crew members the way I should.
