Great work environment Motivated team leaders The work is very easy once you have the script memorized

Favoritism Opportunities for growth are not as great as promised Unfair compensation The work is repetitive when having to have the same conversation with different people constantly for about 6 hours a day, constantly talking Breaks are allowed and "encouraged," but not the most beneficial to take because it puts you in a lower queue, where you don't get more calls and are not able to get more sales Increase in pay after a year is only about $1, so from $14 to $15.
