Pros

Benefits are decent and pay isn't the worst.

Cons

Shady work practices. Had 0 orientation and staggered getting everything setup for a month and was told to do it on my own time. Requested multiple HR meetings for issues with management and harassment issues and then dismissed. This place already had multiple reports and their ongoing issue as it is. DO not work for them as a contractor as it seems they don't care.

Pros

This is an overall decent company. The benefits are solid, the salaries could be better, but you have a great deal of autonomy to do your job. Great co-workers and great projects.

Cons

Small companies trying to grow experience growing pangs. Also, there isn't much room for advancement.
