Very competitive compensation and benefits. All Points does a exceptional job of maintaining job security. Since All Points is primarily a embedded contractor, the day to day job depends highly on the company you're embedded in.
Cons
Promotions are based solely on the amount of time spent in the company rather than merit, and annual raises are not very impressive. Since employees are typically embedded, your manager is more distant than the typical manager-employee relationship.
