Worst decision of my life

None very unprofessional and absolutely pitiful.

Cons

I worked at an account they had in corpus Christi. I was hired by corporate as part of a 3 person team and then left to fend for myself. The "manager" placed in charge never showed up to work and left me and my other coworker to "try" and keep up with the work. I contacted and spoke in person with corporate and wound up with a write up.

Pros

Employees in the shops work hard for those who appreciate and respect them. Managers get nice Nike polos but that’s about all.

Cons

Sr. Management doesn’t have any idea what they are doing. They treat and talk to employees horribly. They’ll tell you what they think you want to hear to get results and then not keep their word. Overall, no professionalism at all.
