Pros

No pros. Absolutely Ran to garbage. They record audio and video while you drive . Is that even legal?

Cons

They send you from Long Island to Canarsie Brooklyn to service elevators no other company’s would take. Nobody in that office or supervisor knows what there doing. They don’t know parts or what they represent. They make you go to a school they “pay for “ but In reality THEY get payed to teach that class 🤣. Absolute joke of a company

Pros

I met some very nice people who are now also FORMER employees. Other than that, there is nothing positive to share. Sad.

Cons

Hostile work environment. Sexual Harassment. Nepotism. Unprofessionalism. Suspensions & Probations without cause or proof. Their motto is “employees are like fish - there is always another one swimming by” ... Unfortunately, they don’t care if they lose good people. You DO NOT want to work at AWE

Worst company ever company needs to become a union shop and take alot of the power away from owner and his kids

Pros

None at all this company is a horror and if you can stay very far away you will just be wasting a few weeks of time that you could be using to get another job

Cons

Everything and the lies as well and the best is when they tell you they pay union scale .... what from 1960 thats the money they pay mechanics here anout 1/4 of that mechanics worth
