Pros

I met some very nice people who are now also FORMER employees. Other than that, there is nothing positive to share. Sad.

Cons

Hostile work environment. Sexual Harassment. Nepotism. Unprofessionalism. Suspensions & Probations without cause or proof. Their motto is “employees are like fish - there is always another one swimming by” ... Unfortunately, they don’t care if they lose good people. You DO NOT want to work at AWE

Employees that are not family

Cons

Nepotism for some employees and hostility towards others. Expect all employees to be children and rat out all employees they feel are doing something against them. Uncomfortable working environment with cameras on you all the time. Afraid to speak your mind for fear of ridicule or retaliation. No real policy or procedure to follow and is always changing and never the same. No real direction or follow through other than the owners own agenda or whim at the time. Retaliate towards employees they have pushed out the door

Worst company ever company needs to become a union shop and take alot of the power away from owner and his kids

Pros

None at all this company is a horror and if you can stay very far away you will just be wasting a few weeks of time that you could be using to get another job

Cons

Everything and the lies as well and the best is when they tell you they pay union scale .... what from 1960 thats the money they pay mechanics here anout 1/4 of that mechanics worth
