      Frustration and poor leadership

      Pros

      - Able to form good strong relationships with customers over many years - Local delivery team is great to work with - HR is actually amazing, trustworthy and supportive - Several leadership positions held by women - Very family-friendly - 100% home office

      Cons

      - Cross-functional teams are incompetent, overloaded, or completely ignoring things until they are massive catastrophes so it's not possible to fix issues, fill gaps, improve delivery - Lack of clarity on activities or strategy; tasks not unified cross-regionally or -functionally so there's no benefit from well-executed global changes or ways of working/documenting - The focus is always on Israel or a shiny new idea, not on delivering good service today, very frustrating when you're customer-facing - There's a strong sense of uncertainty among colleagues and no real opportunities for personal development; hire-and-fire mentality - Management is situated globally (mostly Israel and USA) and is very out of touch with this region in terms of work culture and communication

      Not A place to start your career in.

      Pros

      The workers are nice, friendly and helpful when they have time.

      Cons

      The managers are not professionals; sometimes, it feels like they are hiring managers only as chair warmers. In my time, there were few layoffs; when I asked my manager if something was happening, he said that I was looking for the yellow stuff and I didn't need to worry. In my experience, it felt like my manager was looking for a worker to do his tasks and let him live his life; he was always busy (but not work-related). He was giving me a task without knowing the whole pic, and a few days after I fixed it, he said that it took me too much time and I needed to talk with him, and he would probably give me the correct answer (Not true!!) He never talked to me after they fired me, and I felt terrible because I thought that it was because it was something I did. Luckily, I worked with good people who wanted to hire me afterward and said that the project fell not because of me but because of the Allcloud managers and their attitude and that they were full of themselves. It is not recommended for juniors who want to learn and develop.. they wanted you to do your job yesterday and always find someone to blame when a project falls.

      Good place for learning. Low compensation and bad work life balance

      Gain a lot of knowledge, gain significant experience

      none work-life balance, work is extremely intense and salary is not adjusted

      Thanks very much for your review. We agree that this is the place to learn A LOT and gain a lot of experience. Our employees have a lot of flexibility when it comes to work location and work schedules. There is so much to learn here at AllCloud!
