      Pros

      Very engaging, resourceful with a high opportunity to develop. Lots of different projects with many different requirements. Takes you through the entire cloud and all the services out there.

      Cons

      Sometimes can be very stressful due to all the tasks, the estimation for them and the SLAs. People from the upper management are centered and focus on making profit as much as they can, sometimes ignoring the delivery teams and their needs. These things seems to have changed since the start of 2023.

      Great company for getting experience as a fresher

      Pros

      You get access to / exposed to a lot of different Salesforce Clouds and can learn a lot in a short time. Ample leadership opportunities, it runs like a startup.

      Cons

      No real cons, the manager I had was not a great fit for me but that was just a personal thing. I'd also add that the potential to get burnt out is quite high but that's really all consulting companies in general

      AllCloud is indeed a great place to learn and our employees can definitely grow their careers here. Consulting is life in the fast lane with lots of exposure to different clients and situations for which our employees get to provide innovative solutions.
