      - NA President threatens your job every week - Competitive industry, European presence is strong but in the US they are not positioned to win. You’re better off going to other players in the space - Too established for equity to be given, but too small to really compete in the US market - The president will grill you on your deals, take over the sales cycle, lose and then blame you

      I've been working at Allcloud as a Salesforce Consultant on the Managed Services team, and it's been a great experience overall. The company truly cares about its employees, offering a solid work/life balance that allows me to manage my workload without feeling overwhelmed. Leadership is supportive and approachable, and I always feel like my contributions are valued. One of the best parts of working here is the team—everyone is collaborative, knowledgeable, and always willing to help each other out. It makes for a great work environment where I can continue to grow and learn. If you're looking for a place that values its people, provides flexibility, and fosters a positive team culture, this is a great company to be a part of!

      Cons

      Like any consulting firm, workloads can fluctuate, and sometimes priorities shift quickly, requiring adaptability. While it's part of the nature of the industry, clearer resource planning could help mitigate this. Overall, if you're looking for a place that values its people, provides flexibility, and fosters a positive team culture, this is a great company to be a part of!
