      Dynamic environment, some nice people , new chairs

      Cons

      * To much politics and lies as there are way too many managers in the Israeli office (check out the website... ludicrous given the only 150 employee) * Management top goal is "self preservation" *You are more likely to get promoted if you are not a threat to mgmt and not too smart. ( you must obey! ) * Culture of a sleepy Israeli corporate, army style and not the top units (like most management previous jobs) They brought a new CEO who should be smart but also native he doesn't understand the people he is dealing with...
