Executive leadership was terrible, direct supervisor was terrible. They do nothing positive for employees, you won’t even have a performance review. Management gossips about employees and were very unprofessional during meetings. Terrible commission structure, health benefits, PTO, and there is zero organization within AllSTEM. They are diversity certified but no one has any information or actually even cares about this. They put on a good show for clients and social media. RUN from the offer. The only reason why I think employees love working here and post positive reviews is because you’re on your own, no one is tracking your performance. You could literally do nothing all day and no one would know. The President of AllSTEM is not a leader at all, just a dictator. If you’re not one of his favorites he will pay no mind to you, will not answer emails from you, and will gossip about you to other employees. Very childish company culture.

Poor training of managers. HR does not assist with complaints. Horrible work environment in the scientific huddle. Verbally abusive and run by bullies. No one can clearly answer how commissions are determined. Off shore recruiters are not paid correctly.
