Flexible. Holiday pay and if off the day, they pay at regular rate. They also offer overtime depending on your position

Tend to avoid giving raises, maybe because of the pandemic or maybe it’s always been like this. If you’re good in your roll and ask to transfer, they don’t allow you

Colleagues aren’t your friends. They are out to get you. It’s a numbers game. They will sabotage you in any manner. They pretend to give you advice when in reality they are building up a case to fire you. There are only 3 stable recruiters. They have a high turnover rate and are constantly hiring new recruiters only to fire you. The commission structure is not rewarding
