      Pros

      He really helped when out. Made me feel comfortable. Made sure the job was the right fit for me and gave me helpful tips for my interview. I think we need more professionals like him.

      I don’t think there are any. Hopefully the employer is able to see that I’m a good fit for the role

      great pay, paid travel to conferences, great leadership, remote work

      Cons

      The new people usually don't even last a year. They either quit or are fired. The leadership tells you the average tenor is 13 years but that's because all of the new people keep leaving. The job is hard unless you have years of experience in this specific industry, or you bring over your own personal contacts. The staffing industry has over 25k competitors, the customer hiring managers get bombarded with hundreds of other calls and emails just like yours every week, and there are regular hiring freezes and company layoffs.
