      Pros

      I've been with the company for eight years, and I continually stay challenged every step of the way. The company offers a great training ground for newbies but also new and innovative ways to evolve for current staff. I've been mentored by longstanding managers and talent developers in the company and much of my success is due to them. I truly would recommend anyone who is thinking about recruiting as a career to consider AllSTEM Connections.

      Work from home is nice

      Cons

      Churn and burn, rinse and repeat. The upper management sets expectations that recruitment cannot hit without proper sales support, leading to PIPS, with no ideal solutions besides to keep doing what you’re doing, which means failure.
