Pros
Great coworkers, some flexibility with schedule and reasonable vacation and personal time.
Cons
Worked here previously when it was WPAHS, however in a completely different department. I figured if Highmark was instilling millions of dollars into this organization, they would cut the fat (aka, eliminate poor manamgment and leadership); however, I was incorrect. I actually think it was worse than when I worked there years ago. Overall, endless hours, no bonus, clueless directors, arbitrary rules and a COMPLETE lack of appreciation for employees. Overall, you will be treated very, very poorly and work many, many unpaid hours.
