+ alot of talent, willing to teach if you are willing to learn + competitive salary and benefits + Great team atmosphere

Cons

+ disorganized + alot of finger pointing between different groups/managers + alot of overtime In fairness, this was during a major organization merger which added to the chaos

Great people to work with who really care about what they do and the patients they serve.

Cons

Poor communication of strategies and objectives (and just poor communication to employees in general) Many positions with little room for career advancement. A lot of bad attitudes from top to bottom.
