Solid folks in dealerships. Strong eastern seaboard presence

Cons

Not a real company - more of a loose confederation of dealerships, PE ownership that does not know how to grow or scale an organization. Sloppy leadership that led to unspeakable tragedy

Upper management hires new bosses every 6 months that don’t know trucking business on operational level I seen stuffed shirt demoralized a great manger who really cares about business and was training other manger in a small crew setting If you are a worker who care this company is not for you
