      Pros

      Great benefits with the fact that it’s a good entry level job. Oftentimes a good team to work with, building a good work environment when possible. There is guidance and ease when in training. Always moving forward with positive mindsets. For the level of work, good pay.

      Cons

      The hours and some scheduling can get very busy and heavy sometimes. Heavy in the terms of the difficult high travel seasons.

      HQ is in Las Vegas. If you don't like warm weather, it might not be for you!

      Pros

      Excellent medical benefits. Wonderful opportunity to advance your career within the company. Amazing vacation package based on time with company. Very merciful attendance/sick leave policy. Extraordinary travel benefits as well as entertainment benefits as well.

      Cons

      Many positions are restricted to the Corporate Office in Las Vegas, Nevada. The education assistance program is very limited and has been put on hold for an unknown amount of time. The 401k dollar for dollar match is far below what Southwest Airlines offers.
