      Pros

      I love the flight benefits and flexibility that I've been provided. I also enjoy working with my teammates and management has always been fair. We're treated well at Allegiant, It's a positive work environment with good work life balance.

      Cons

      Health care benefits could be better, I pay a lot out of pocket for family insurance.

      Pros

      The dynamic at Allegiant is fluid. You can start on the front-line and work your way into management in an incredibly short amount of time if you apply yourself, show up, do good work and stay positive. Network internally and you will find yourself positioned well when an opportunity to grow, even in a totally different department presents itself Overall, Allegiant has been and continues to be a great place to work, especially if you have ambition to grow.

      Cons

      By industry standards, Allegiant pays low across the board. Unlimited PTO is offered to most if not all salaried positions, and this is a great perk if you use it. Otherwise, some may see this as a way for the company to cut costs while simultaneously justifying paying less competitive wages
