I've worked in the airline industry almost 30 years and have worked with many different airlines. Allegiant Air is by far the only airline that has displayed sincere care for their employees. I walk around this corporate office and see smiles, laughter, a relaxed environment, and just an overall sense of, "This is a pretty cool place to work."

Cons

No Cons to share. I wake up and look forward to working at Allegiant Travel Company.

Meeting the recruiters that interviewed me for the Flight Attendant position just makes me crave this job even more! The interviewers impressed me as genuinely caring, happy, fun, yet professional people that I would love to be surrounded by everyday.

Cons

No cons. As a matter of fact, regardless as to if I am hired or not, Allegiant Travel is still my #1 choice of desired airlines to work for.

Exciting, fast-paced environment that offers a lot of opportunity to engage in the business and be part of one of the fastest growing airlines in the world. The profitable business model is something to take pride in. We just currently issued an earnings release for our 50th consecutive profitable quarter. We're growing the network and the fleet at an exciting pace.

Cons

The momentum can be demanding if you're not engaged in the various initiatives in work at any given time. You will benefit most from the company if you are on board with the exiting changes happening here and the quickly growing network.
