      Management is very encouraging. Issue at work place can be directly reported to the team and they will take swift action to address it. They keep track of the activities/roles we are doing at the Client company and provide necessary help to upgrade the skills as per requirement.

      Cons

      Salary revision / Hike was pending for very long time. Multiple follow-ups needed for claiming the other benefits.
