      where to begin from; - A toxic work culture - manipulative and disrespectful management. - work life balane has no status you work like a donkey an treated like the one. - Zero appreciation for hard work overtime and loads of extra responsibility. - performance measurement is unreasonable and faulty. - management is unresponsive or doesn't care for the employees. - performance and promotion is zero or negligible. in simple words it's a good organization if you are a beginner to corporate but don't join if you are experienced an expect respectable and healthy work culture.
