      Life-Work Balance, Excellent Support, Collaborative Teams

      Cons

      Structure too flat and too proud of it; no authority means you have to wrangle 85 different managers to get any work done. Too much focus on demonstrating value over generating value, especially in Enterprise Applications.

      Was growing but recently downsized due to Covid

      Great culture, yearly merit increases, bonus, profit sharing, generous PTO accrual especially after 3 years

      Cons

      Just recently downsized, entry level positions aren't paid much but seem overworked and overwhelmed, workloads can be heavy compared to pay, In general lower pay than other companies
