      Great place to be a contingent worker, valuable work experience.

      Cons

      You don't get paid nearly enough. They don't tell you what you will be working on before hiring and starting the job. It's really hard to get paid more.

      The company culture is VERY positive, departments work hard to maintain and improve team chemistry (monthly outings/lunches/happy hours/and catered training), amply opportunities for internal promotions and career growth, if you're performing well in your supervisor/manager will go to bat for you once internal opportunities open up on their team or on others if you're qualified, flexible schedules and some opportunity for remote work.

      Our 401K program could be better.
