Pros
1. Finding a job opportunity is easy 2. The onboarding process virtually was very easy 3. Follow-ups the SPOC does to check in case any issues at contractors end was continuously done (I was working as a contractor at client's end) 4. Issues if any related to payments, attendance etc are quickly addressed 5. Exit process too was so quick
Cons
Did not get a chance to connect with any of the staff due to WFH from the date of join till exit
