      Structured training with many avenues to learn but you need to take initiative. Cold working environment, it gives you a glimpse of the corporate jungle

      you will immediately deployed in client location. if the project will be in new technology you will get chace to learn new thing or else, you have to work on old technology. most of the projects are at least 1 year of life span

      Cons

      1. once you will outside the project for you its very difficult to map to new project. 2. Allegis don't have any in house project and its always deploy in client location its purely a staffing based company . 3. there is no bench system , here and also once you will out have the project you have only one month of time to crack the job . 4. In my situation they only gave only one interview that i am not able to crack, at this pandemic crises( Corona situation) , i am searching job outside. 5. They don't have that much capability map you to other client also. 6. If you want full time carrier don't join here .
