Pros

A progressive and growing organisation that looks to grow its employees through consistent and training and development programmes. It values and creates opportunities personally, professionally and financially to those that make a positive impact at the company. Expectations and standards are high but that makes it a great place to work as you strive to be the best.

Cons

No real downsides other than the coffee machines needing better coffee. As a large and growing compy its difficult to really get to know everyone.

Definitely a good place to start if you are a recent college grad. The culture is great and management is full of strong leaders. Your opportunity to move around in the company is also a plus.

Cons

Salaries are decent to start. However, there is not much room to increase your salary unless you are on a fast track to management.
